Silvina Catuara Solarz

Silvina is a Data Science Manager at the Accenture Barcelona Innovation Center, where she supports organizations from both the public and private sector in the implementation of technologies and analytics for Health and Life Sciences. She is a Project Evaluator and a Mentor of Digital Health and Medtech start-ups at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology Health (EIT Health). In addition, she is an active member of the Women’s Brain Project, a non for profit organization focused on sex and gender differences in health and disease and she is a selected member of the World Health Organization Digital Health Roster of Experts.

As an Atlantic Fellow, Silvina aims to establish long lasting collaborative relationships with the GBHI community that will lead to the creation of evidence based technology solutions for brain health that are scalable and address diverse populations. Silvina believes to reduce the scale and impact of dementia, we need to use the power of technology and biomedicine to develop early diagnosis tools and effective personalized treatments. Using her experience in the digital health intervention sphere, Silvina will assist with the research strategy for the neureka project while at the Gillan Lab.
